Article 16: Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Member States shall not include the right of withdrawal referred to in Articles 9 to 15 in distance contracts and contracts concluded outside the establishment that concern:

Article 25

Delivery of Goods

The client must make full payment of the agreed price on ordered item(s) and EW WATCHES will ONLY declare a receipt of full payment when the full amount has arrived in our bank account(s).
